Incredible! ANIMO has just WON a second UKSC Award in the UK Songwriting Contest!

The 2021 Music Video Award as well as the UKSC Rock Music!! This is out of this world! Thank you so much to all of the judges who backed ANIMO from approx. 16,000 entries and the team at UK Songwriting Contest ~ and to everyone supporting us so strongly in various ways for so long!!!

The brand new Valentine’s single “SATELLITE” is out this week and what a way to “spin it into Orbit” (to quote Dave Freak at Metro). I dedicate this win to Team Razors (including my wonderful family and friends), the whole collective ~ featuring on the track and in the video Diana Bartmann (drums), Alison Wood (guitar / bvs), Jennifer Sanin (bass / bvs) or touring it and appearing on the rest of the album Violet Stow (drums), Hannah Aero (bass / bvs), Jayke Turl (guitar / bvs), plus to everyone getting the record out there into the world – online, on radio, in print and in person including on the epic Music Venue Trust TNL #ReviveLive Tour (huge thank yous to Toni Coe, the team at MVT and all the awesome venues for having us )
